Rental Policy & Liability Waiver

1. Eligibility and Identification

• You must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

• A valid, government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

• You must present the physical payment card or device used for booking at check-in.

 

2. Reservation, Check-In & No-Show Policy

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled rental time.

• Failure to check in within 30 minutes of your scheduled time without notice will be treated as a no-show, and your reservation, along with any deposit, will be forfeited.

• Late arrivals do not qualify for extensions or partial refunds.

 

3. Payment & Security Deposit

• Any remaining balance must be paid in full at check-in.

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and other major forms of payment.

• A $500 refundable security deposit is required per rental item. It can be authorized on a credit/debit card or paid via Zelle.

• The deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours following the return and inspection of the rented item, provided no damage or violations have occurred.

 

4. Use of Equipment or Property

• You agree to use all rented items safely, legally, and responsibly.

• Use while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substances is strictly prohibited.

• Reckless use, misuse, or violation of any laws or rental terms may result in cancellation without refund and additional liability for damages.

 

5. Return, Condition & Damages

• The rented item must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, normal wear and tear excepted.

• Additional charges may apply for damage, missing parts, late return, or excessive cleaning.

• If the rental item includes fuel, battery charge, or other operational consumables, you are responsible for returning the item at or above the original level.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the rental start time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior will be charged 50% of the rental amount.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time, or failure to show up, will be charged 100% of the rental amount, with no refund.

• If Blue Blast Rentals must cancel due to unsafe weather, mechanical failure, or other emergencies, a full refund will be issued.

 

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• You acknowledge that use of rental services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness, or death.

• You voluntarily assume all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, related to the rental experience.

• You hereby release, waive, and discharge Blue Blast Rentals, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action, including those resulting from negligence.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Blast Rentals from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the rental equipment or services

• Any injury or damage caused to yourself, others, or property

• Any violation of this agreement or applicable laws

 

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Riverside County, California.

10. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written communications. No changes or exceptions shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by both parties.

By booking with Blue Blast Rentals, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver

• You are at least 21 years of age

• You agree to abide by all policies, laws, and safety requirements

• You accept full responsibility for your conduct, the use of rental items, and any associated risks or consequences
